GAINSWave: A Better Option for Erectile Dysfunction

We’ve received quite a bit of interest in theGainswave treatment for erectile dysfunction since we began offering it two months ago at our Phoenix, Arizona location. It seems that a great many people are interested in learning more about this non-drug treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) which can actually rehabilitate the tissue and thus truly address the root cause of ED- diminished blood flow. Considering that the Gainswave treatment is also safe and virtually free of unwanted side effects makes it even more attractive to men looking to improve the quality of their erections.

The Gainswave treatment uses a technology known in the medical community as “low-intensity extracorporeal shockwave therapy,” of LI-ESWT. This treatment modality has been used for decades for a variety of uses. The treatment is delivered via a small handheld device that transmits a low intensity shockwave to the tissues. The shockwave causes an imperceptible cellular microtrauma, which promotes the development of new blood vessels that in turn leads to enhanced blood flow. The term used to describe new blood vessel growth is neovascularization and because the quality of an erection is dependent on blood flow, the more flow the better the erection.

Compared to other ED treatments, Gainswave sounds almost too good to be true; it’s a non-drug, painless and quick treatment that can bring back quality and spontaneity to a healthy love life. Thankfully, it is true and there’s science to back it up. A 2014 article published in the Scandinavian Journal of Urology reported “a significant improvement in erectile dysfunction,” and demonstrated “a possible cure in some patients” after being treated with LI-ESWT. Another study published in Therapeutic Advances in Urology stated “”LI-ESWT generates a significant clinical improvement of erectile function and a significant improvement in penile hemodynamics without any adverse effects.”
